TACOS AQUI x CLUB CORAZON ULUWATU looking for an energetic, responsible, and service-oriented Floor Supervisor to lead our front of house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, motivate, and support the Front of House team.
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and restaurant standards are consistently maintained.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
