Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant service operations
- Ensure SOP and service standards are followed
- Assign work areas to service staff
- Monitor dining area cleanliness and readiness
- Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service team
- Lead and brief team before shift
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Ensure smooth service during peak hours and events
- Monitor service flow and guest experience
- Assist in daily reporting and reservation handling
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant service
- Experience as Senior Waiter / Captain preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts/weekends
- Able to communicate in English

Tanggung Jawab
- Mengawasi operasional service restoran
- Memastikan SOP dan standar pelayanan dijalankan
- Mengatur pembagian area kerja staff
- Mengawasi kebersihan area dining
- Koordinasi antara kitchen, bar, dan service
- Memberikan briefing sebelum shift
- Menangani komplain tamu
- Memastikan kelancaran service saat peak hour & event
- Mengontrol alur pelayanan dan pengalaman tamu
- Membantu laporan harian dan reservasi
Kualifikasi
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di service restoran
- Pengalaman sebagai Senior Waiter / Captain diutamakan
- Leadership dan komunikasi yang baik
- Berpenampilan profesional
- Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan
- Bersedia bekerja shift/weekend
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris
