Job description for Fleet Management at PT Serikat Hantar Ekspedisi

  1. Pelaporan Service berkala dari Driver ke Technical Fleet baik Unit Sewa, Asset dan Project Lepas Kunci
  2. Follow up penerbitan SPK kepada Technical Fleet
  3. Memastikan pengerjaan SPK yang sudah di distribusikan kepada Mitra dan Driver dilakukan dengan maksimal (memantau bengkel yang ada di Pool) dan upload PKB di sistem yang ada
  4. Memonitor dan memastikan Teknisi Bengkel (yang menjadi Vendor Seryu) mengganti spare part dan melakukan pengerjaan atas setiap unit Asset dengan detail dan benar serta collect PKB
  5. Membuat jadwal perbaikan unit dan memastikan tidak ada Service yang terlewat atau terjadinya Service saat Peak Season
  6. Daily Inspection setiap unit yang ada di pool dan memberikan report secara aktual
  7. Serah terima kendaraan (In Out, GS, End Sewa ataupun Penukaran Mitra) dan memastikan tidak ada satupun hal yang terlewat (termasuk pemasangan atribut ataupun pelepasan atribut kendaraan)
  8. Pengecekan Tas Unit, pendistribusian dan penerimaan Tas Unit dari/ke setiap Driver Semper dan Rawa Bokor yang akan jalan atau kembali dari perjalanan
  9. Koordinasi Laka & Penyelesaian Laka ke Lapangan (apabila memungkinkan)
  10. Checking ke driver untuk checklist unit 2 minggu sekali
  11. Cek dokumen yang akan expired STNK dan KEUR
  12. Familiar dengan Ms. Excel, Vehicle Troubleshoot
  13. Penempatan di Semper, Koja
  14. Sistem Kerja 6:1 (Senin - Sabtu)
