Job description for Fitness Attendant (Daily Worker) at Nirvana Life Bali
We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and service-oriented Fitness Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall atmosphere of the fitness center while ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing our daily Fitness & Wellness Club and supporting our Guest Experience Manager.
- Daily communications to the Guest Experience Manager & Head of Fitness & Recovery Attendant.
- Prepares the attendance checklist, including the names of registered participants and class spaces for marking attendance and to cross check the participants.
- Following Company Standard Operating procedures
- Learning and improving your knowledge of the business and training your colleagues to the same high standards as your own.
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- To deliver product and service through interacting with guests, assisting with spotting, educating guests on how to use equipment, answering questions and ensuring the guest satisfaction and quality service are always at a high level.
- Evaluating your performance and productivity through regular Performance reviews and Appraisals with the Head of Fitness & Recovery Attendant.
- Implementation and control of health and safety protocols
- Monitoring tidiness, cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment.
- To attend the training conducted by HoD, training officer, and external training that is managed by the company
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same or similar role
- Strong Customer service
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Bahasa
- First class customer service skills
- Highly organised with great time management skills
- A strong TEAM-WORK ethic
- Good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Confidence to upsell
- Sport Enthusiast
- Possess a "Go Get” and proactive nature
