Qualification:
* Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Industrial Engineering / Wood Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the furniture industry, with experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Finishing Manager.
* Strong understanding of finishing processes for solid wood, veneer, MDF, plywood, rattan, and other combined materials.
* Proficient in finishing systems and application techniques.
* Good understanding of finishing chemicals characteristics and safe handling standards.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
* Experienced in managing manpower, production targets, material efficiency, and finishing quality results.
* Strong understanding of finishing quality standards.
* Highly motivated and committed to achieving work targets and deadlines.
* Strong personality with good authority, firmness, and professional integrity.
