- Master the art of grilling premium Wagyu beef tableside, showcasing traditional Yakiniku techniques with precision and skill.
- Engage with guests by sharing insights into the menu, Yakiniku culture, and cooking methods, creating a memorable and interactive experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure seamless coordination with the kitchen and service teams to provide a flawless dining experience.
- Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and handling protocols to maintain the integrity of the cuisine.
- Provide wine, sake, and beverage pairing recommendations that complement the dining experience (training provided if necessary).
