Fine Dining Server Qualifications
Female, maximum 30 years old.
Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as a Server/Waiter in a fine dining restaurant, upscale restaurant, hotel, lounge, or hospitality industry.
Excellent knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to provide professional, attentive, and personalized guest service.
Well-groomed with a polished and professional appearance.
Fluent in basic English; conversational English is preferred.
Able to explain menu items, ingredients, and beverage pairings confidently.
Strong selling and upselling skills.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and customer-focused.
Disciplined, responsible, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and escort guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages.
Take orders accurately and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar teams.
Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address requests or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Ensure tables are properly set and prepared before service.
Promote menu items and maximize sales through effective upselling.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Deliver a memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest level of hospitality.
