Job description for Financial Reporting Analyst at WOM Finance Head Office
Job Description:
Develop and maintain policies, systems, and control mechanisms related to financial reporting risk, implement and monitor ICOFR, conduct risk assessments and internal control evaluations, prepare internal and external reports, develop business process flowcharts and control documentation, and ensure risk mitigation programs are aligned with company policies and applicable regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, Financial Reporting, or Internal Control, preferably in Banking, Multifinance, or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ICOFR, risk assessment, and internal control.
- Expert in business process mapping and flowchart development, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Draw.io.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, audit processes, and risk mitigation.
- Experienced in developing policies, procedures, control mechanisms, and reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of OJK regulations and financial services industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office - Sunter (North Jakarta).
