• Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate the annual budgeting process, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-range financial modeling.

• Financial Analysis: Analyze monthly variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.

• Management Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial presentation decks for C-level executives and stakeholders.

• Strategic Advisory: Provide financial insights, profitability analysis, and data-driven recommendations to support business growth and cost-saving initiatives.

• Process Optimization: Streamline financial planning tools, workflows, and reporting systems to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and review the work of junior financial analysts within the team.
