Job description for Financial Planning Analyst at SS Group
Head of Strategic Finance & FP&A
Shella Saukia Group is looking for a Head of Strategic Finance & FP&A to lead financial planning, cash flow management, working capital strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and management decision support.
We are looking for someone who can go beyond financial reporting and actively support management in planning the company’s next steps.
Responsibilities :
Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow forecasts.
- Develop and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow model.
- Plan and monitor working capital, including inventory, supplier payments, and marketplace settlements.
- Develop PO and purchasing capacity planning based on cash availability and sales forecasts.
- Monitor debt position, maturity schedules, and repayment planning.
- Analyze revenue, COGS, gross margin, EBITDA, profitability, and cash conversion.
- Conduct Budget vs Actual analysis and identify financial risks.
- Develop scenario analysis and financial projections to support management decisions.
- Build 3–5 year financial models and business forecasts.
- Calculate funding and working capital requirements to support business growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial dashboards for management.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Sales, E-commerce, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Management.
- Support financial preparation for fundraising, strategic investors, and corporate finance advisors.
## Requirements
1. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Financial Planning.
2. Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Beauty, Fashion, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience in businesses with:
1. High transaction volume
2. Inventory management
3. Supplier payment terms
4. Marketplace settlements
5. Significant working-capital requirements
6. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

8. Advanced Excel / spreadsheet modelling skills are highly preferred.
9. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field.
