Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Kami membuka posisi Finance Staff (pengalaman minimal 3 tahun) dan Finance Intern (terbuka untuk fresh graduate). Kamu akan mendukung pengelolaan keuangan multi-entitas, mulai dari pelaporan, budgeting, hingga analisis untuk keputusan bisnis.

Kualifikasi

D3, D4/S1 Finance, Ekonomi, Administrasi Bisnis, Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait
Staff: minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang finance; Intern: fresh graduate dipersilakan
Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel
Mampu analisis data keuangan, forecasting, dan budgeting
Memahami dasar investasi, perencanaan pensiun, dan perencanaan keuangan pribadi
Komunikatif, analitis, problem-solver, dan teliti

Tanggung Jawab

Mereview laporan keuangan dan menganalisis variance budget vs aktual
Mengumpulkan dan memastikan kelengkapan bukti pembayaran
Menyusun SOP keuangan dan memastikan kepatuhannya
Menyusun budget dan forecast multi-entitas
Mengelola arus kas dan jadwal pelunasan utang
Mengelola pembayaran pajak karyawan (PPh 21)
Menyiapkan laporan keuangan untuk manajemen
Menganalisis data keuangan untuk keputusan bisnis
Mengelola risiko keuangan serta mendukung perencanaan dan kepatuhan pajak
Memberikan strategi investasi serta konsultasi perencanaan pensiun dan keuangan pribadi kepada klien
