Job Title: Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

About the Role:
We are an expanding building materials (HPL) company establishing our new branch in Indonesia. We are seeking a bilingual Finance Manager (Mandarin & Indonesian) with strong expertise in Indonesian taxation. You will lead our local financial operations, ensure full tax compliance, and act as the key financial liaison between the Indonesian branch and our HQ in China.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting operations, including AR/AP, General Ledger, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations (e.g., BCA).
Tax Compliance & Reporting: Fully handle local tax obligations including monthly/annual corporate income tax, PPh (Article 21, 23, 4(2), etc.), and PPN (VAT) using e-Faktur/e-Bupot. Ensure timely tax filing and reporting.
HQ Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports, and communicate directly with the Chinese HQ in Mandarin.
Audit & Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors, tax offices (Kantor Pajak), and local banks to ensure regulatory compliance.
Cost Control: Monitor branch expenses, import/export related financial processes, and optimize budget efficiency.
Requirements:
Language: Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (Ability to read and write in Chinese for HQ reporting is a must). English is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in Indonesia.
Tax Expertise: Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and PSAK (Indonesian GAAP). Holding Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
Industry: Experience in trading, building materials, or import/export business is an advantage.
Software: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or global ERP systems) and MS Excel.
