As part of PAG Advisors exciting growth plans in the financial services industry, we are looking for ambitious individuals to join us as a Financial Management Trainee. Upon being successfully hired, you’ll develop your skills for connecting and building relationships with prospective clients as well as marketing the professional services we offered to the right audience through a comprehensive 3-month training program. Responsibilities
- Assisting with administrative work on estate planning.
- Assisting personnel with clients' estate planning.
- Assisting with business acquisition via estate planning.
- Assisting with the expansion of estate planning services.
- Engage prospects through multiple channels to generate new sales leads.
- Produce detailed proposals and presentation materials for client pitching.
- Understand and identify the client's financial shortfall and recommend solutions.
- Maintain client relationships by providing support and information.
- To recommend new opportunities and improvements.
- Always on top of industry trends, market activities, and competitors so as to identify new opportunities.
Skills that we are looking for
- Strong management and communication skills
- Computer savvy and proficient in PowerPoint presentations
- IT Knowledge required
- Excellent salesmanship and networking skills
