Job description for Financial Controller Supervisor at Albert Wei Group
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, monitor, and manage the Budget Plan (RAB), Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), and Operational Expenditure (OPEX) for the hotel development project. Strictly verify and control all vendor and contractor invoices prior to payment processing.
- Meticulously track, record, and manage the capitalization of project assets (transferring CAPEX to Fixed Assets) during the hotel development and pre opening phases.
- Manage daily accounting operations, including Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) maintenance and Bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statement (Balance sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) for the project phases and ensure proper consolidation with corporate finance.
- Oversee tax calculations, compliance, and monthly/annually reporting (e.g., PPN, PPh) in accordance with prevailing Indonesian tax regulations.
- Conduct regular variance analysis (budget vs actual expenses), manage project cash flow projections to ensure fund availibility, and provide cost saving recommendations.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and company policies.
Fasilitate and prepare comprehensive documentation for internal and external audits.
QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Finance, full of cycle Accounting, and Budgeting
- Prior experience at the Supervisory level.
Candidate with a strong background in the Property/ Real Estate, Construction, or Hospitality/ Hotel Pre Opening industried are highly preferred. - Deeply understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and comprehensive knowledge of Indonesia corporate taxation.
Possesion od Brevet A & B certification is a strong advantage. - Solid experience in fixed asset capitalization and managing complex project accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivotable, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Macros) and hand-on experience with financial ERP systems or accounting software.
- Exceptional analytical skills, highly detail oriented, and demonstrated professional integrity.
- Strong communication and leadership skill to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and executive management.
