We are looking for a Finance and Accounting professional who can manage daily finance operations, support budgeting and financial planning, and provide clear financial insights for management decisions.

What You Will Do:

  1. Manage daily finance operations, including petty cash, cash flow, vendor payments, reimbursements, invoicing, and payment due dates.
  2. Record financial transactions accurately and maintain complete supporting documents.
  3. Prepare transaction reports and perform bank reconciliation.
  4. Support basic tax calculations, including PPh 21, monthly tax, and annual corporate tax.
  5. Prepare budgets, control costs, and monitor company spending.
  6. Forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow needs.
  7. Support financial planning, business projections, and management decision-making.
  8. Create clear financial reports and dashboards.
  9. Analyse financial data to identify issues, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  10. Use Excel, AI tools, automation tools, and other digital tools to improve finance processes.
  11. Support asset management when needed.

Requirements:

  1. 3-6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related role.
  2. Strong understanding of daily finance operations and transaction recording.
  3. Active and fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must.
  4. Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax, including PPh 21 and company tax.
  5. Strong budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
  6. Able to prepare clear reports and explain financial insights to management.
  7. Strong Excel skills.
  8. Comfortable using digital tools, AI tools, or automation tools.
  9. Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and reliable.
  10. Strategic mindset with the ability to support business decisions.
  11. Experience in asset management is a plus.
  12. Experience in a tech company or fast-paced environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
