Job description for Finance Supervisor at Geekhunter
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a printing service company with a product portfolio that includes continuous inkjet and thermal inkjet and employs more than 3000+ employees worldwide, and has been in the industry for more than 40 years.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and statutory requirements.
- Manage corporate tax obligations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, and VAT (PPN), while supporting tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Oversee financial operations and maintain strong internal controls, including supervision of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Asset (FA) management.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain healthy liquidity levels.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting and tax team through coaching, performance management, and capability building.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities, ensuring financial records and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably with prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
- Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Jurnal, or other ERP platforms.
- Professional certifications such as Brevet A/B/C or CPA are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
