Finance Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare management reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, General Ledger, AR/AP Aging, and Fixed Assets Schedule).
- Process tax payments and submit tax reports (PPH, DJP, and other applicable taxes).
- Prepare monthly expense reports, bank reconciliations, and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with banks, external accountants, and tax consultants.
- Prepare and submit quarterly OSS/LKPM reports.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Analyze financial data and maintain proper financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to work independently.
