Job Brief
As the Finance & Accounting Lead at SATUVISION, you are the financial gatekeeper and the engine of our profitability. You act as a highly autonomous leader who commands absolute authority over cash flow, invoicing, payroll, and local tax compliance for our PT PMA. You do not just balance the books; you enforce financial discipline across all departments. You work seamlessly with HR to ensure flawless payroll execution and will spearhead our strategic system migration from QuickBooks to Mekari Jurnal. You protect the agency’s margins and ensure zero-error compliance.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations with clinical precision, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), bank reconciliations, and strict cash flow forecasting.
- Execute flawless monthly payroll processing in tight coordination with the HR Department. Ensure 100% accurate calculations for BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan), allowances, and deductions.
- Guarantee absolute compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. Manage accurate calculations, reporting, and submissions for monthly and annual taxes (including PPN, PPh 21, Corporate Income Tax).
- Lead the strategic financial transition from QuickBooks to Mekari Jurnal. Ensure zero data loss, map out new accounting structures, and establish scalable financial SOPs for the agency.
- Act as the ultimate authority on internal financial discipline. Enforce the rule that no expenses are reimbursed or payments released without proper documentation and alignment with project management protocols.
- Prepare clinical, data-driven monthly profit & loss (P&L) statements and financial reports for the Founders to guide strategic business decisions.
KPIs & Success Metrics:
- 100% accurate and on-time payroll execution and tax submissions. Zero penalties from local tax authorities.
- Successful, seamless migration from QuickBooks to Mekari Jurnal within the designated timeframe without operational disruption.
- Maintain robust cash flow through proactive invoicing and aggressive A/R follow-ups. Zero bottlenecks in daily operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven, hard-core experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax Management, preferably within an agency, tech company, or a foreign-owned PT PMA environment.
- Deep expertise in Indonesian corporate taxation, payroll regulations, and BPJS compliance (Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred).
- Hands-on mastery of QuickBooks and strong familiarity with Mekari Jurnal (proven experience in leading software migrations is a massive plus).
- Absolute clinical attention to detail, unwavering integrity, and a strict mindset when handling sensitive financial data.
- Strong assertiveness. You must have the communication skills and confidence to enforce financial SOPs across all levels without hesitation.
- English & Bahasa mandatory.
Working Hours & Benefits
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off.
Allowance: Religious Holiday Allowance (THR).
