Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or electric vehicle industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with audit processes and coordination with external auditors.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor company cash flow and working capital.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and risk assessment.
