Role Description
The Finance Supervisor is a contract, on-site role based in Pulogadung. This role oversees day-to-day finance operations, including managing financial records, reviewing transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial reports. Responsibilities include supervising accounting activities, monitoring cash flow, supporting budgeting processes, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The Finance Supervisor will review and analyze financial data to support decision-making, assist with internal and external audits, and recommend improvements to financial procedures. This role also involves guiding junior finance staff, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and supporting management with clear financial insights.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
3. Familiar with distributor-related processes such as principal settlement, rebates, claims, returns, and CN/DN.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
5. Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to oversee daily financial operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
6. Experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
7. Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing meaningful recommendations to management.
8. Ability to work on-site in Pulogadung, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
9. Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and effective communication skills in written and spoken formats.
10. Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or FMCG environments is beneficial.
