Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Menerima dan melakukan verifikasi invoice yang diterima
Mencatatat dan memasukan seluruh data transaksi utang ke dalam sistem akuntansi
Memproses pembayaran vendor
Rekonsiliasi vendor dan Bank out
Berkoordinasi dan komunikasi dengan semua divisi dan vendor
Menyusun laporan umur utang (weekly)

Kualifikasi:

Minimal S1 jurusan Akuntansi atau Keuangan
Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Finance Staff
Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel
Penempatan Cipete, Jakarta Selatan
