Job description for Finance Staff at Pt Graha Perdana Indah (gardens At Candi Sawangan)
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Open to Fresh Graduates (internship experience in finance/accounting is a plus) or candidates with a maximum of 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Strong foundation in accounting basics, cash handling, and banking operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for spreadsheets and data processing).
- Basic understanding of corporate tax recap/reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily transactions, manage petty cash, and accurately record and monitor cash flow.
- Manage income/expense vouchers, handle banking administration (account statements, bank account openings, and bank coordination), and oversee the company's time deposit interest.
- Process vendor payments, monitor follow-ups, and resolve billing discrepancies or payment differences.
- Prepare data for internal financial reports, compile summaries of taxes due, and manage financial archives.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth financial operations, and perform other duties assigned by superiors as needed.
