WE’RE HIRING — Finance Staff
Grogol, West Jakarta | Full-time, WFO
LEKA is a fast-growing retail brand group in home appliances (dehumidifiers, air purifiers, water flossers) with expanding brands like LEKAGo (traveling), LEKA Paws (pet care) & Veska (oral care) in its portfolio. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Staff to support our day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely, and well-organized financial records.
What You’ll Do
- Handle daily finance transactions, including payments, receipts, and expense recording
- Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers, including import-related payments
- Monitor accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payment schedules
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate transaction records
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documents
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and other financial records
- Support cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and other finance-related administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes
Who We’re Looking For
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsible
- Strong integrity, ownership, and accountability
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions
- Familiar with bank reconciliation, AP/AR, and payment processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Preferably experienced in retail/FMCG/startup/trading & import companies
- Ideally live near Grogol/West Jakarta area
