Job Description
- Monitor daily cash flow, including cash inflows, outflows, and projected cash positions.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
- Develop and manage budgets based on operational needs.
- Monitor actual expenses against budgets and identify any variances.
- Prepare regular cash flow, budget realization, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect budget requirements and monitor spending.
- Ensure financial records and supporting documents are accurate and well-organized.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in finance, particularly in cash flow management and budgeting.
- Good understanding of cash flow forecasting, budget planning, and expense monitoring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, or multi-outlet businesses is a plus.
- Available to join ASAP is preferred.
