1. A degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in finance administration or financial operations.
3. Experience or knowledge in project financial management.
4. Experience or knowledge in financial reporting, audits, and taxation.
5. Ability to manage petty cash and daily financial administration.
6. Ability to perform basic bookkeeping, verify financial documents, prepare reports, and submit budgets.
7. A strong understanding of cash flow analysis.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, administrative work, documentation, and reporting.
9. Brevet A/B or CA certification is an advantage.
10. Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
11. Ability to adapt to new work environments and systems.
12. Willingness to work on-site in Semarang; candidates based in Semarang are preferred.
