Job Description
- Record and manage the company's daily financial transactions accurately.
- Process vendor payments and ensure all supporting documents are complete.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding financial transactions.
- Prepare periodic financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and monitor operational expenses.
- Manage financial administration and maintain organized financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment requests and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Open to male and female candidates.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years or more of working experience.
- Basic understanding of financial administration and transaction recording.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Possess good communication and coordination skills.
