Job description for Finance Staff at PT Tribuana Global Group
Qualifications:
✅ Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
✅ Experienced in managing document filing with accuracy, completeness, and proper organization
✅ Understand basic accounting journal entries
✅ Familiar with Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately with deadlines
Key Responsibilities
📌 Prepare and send daily bank balance and account mutation reports via email
📌 Record all incoming and outgoing cash transactions into the company system
📌 Prepare sales invoices, send billing emails to customers, and follow up on collections
📌 Prepare weekly Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports
📌 Input cashier fund requests (Maker) through Klik BCA and download transaction transfer receipts
📌 Maintain proper filing and documentation for all financial transactions
📌 Support daily finance administration activities and ensure accurate financial records
