Job description for Finance Staff at Synergy Pro Business Consulting
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting daily finance operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions and payments.
- Record and maintain financial data accurately.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Assist with tax administration and compliance requirements.
- Organize and maintain finance documents (hardcopy & softcopy).
- Support other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if qualified).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
