The Finance Staff will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. They will maintain detailed records of financial activities, prepare monthly financial statements, and support the preparation of tax filings. The role also involves conducting financial analysis to assist in budgeting and forecasting, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field and have between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, and Microsoft Excel is required, along with a solid understanding of Accounting principles, Financial Analysis, Income Tax, and Tax Accounting.
