About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Staff who will support the financial operations and administrative processes within our company. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage data and documentation accurately to ensure smooth finance processes.
We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Good administrative skills and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Able to join as soon as possible (highly preferred).
• Brevet A & B certification (preferred).
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage company administrative and correspondence activities in an organized and structured manner.
• Perform data entry related to Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare invoices and supporting documents to be sent to clients.
• Create Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties related to billing and payment processes.
