The Finance Staff plays a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations by ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with financial policies, vendors and clients. This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in finance, agency, accounting, or related fields.
Requirements:
- Minimum 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Preferably female, minimum 21 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Interested in shipping industry
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Able to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Negotiate with vendors or third parties to optimize costs.
- Accept and process billing from vendors to ensure timely payments.
- Ensure clients or vendors receive invoices within the standardized timeframe.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors to support smooth shipping operations
