Job description for Finance Staff at PT Data Labs Analytics
Job Descriptions:
- Manage daily cash flow, petty cash, and process AP/AR payments.
- Verify invoices, reimbursements, and cash advances with supporting documents.
- Handle daily bank mutations, reconciliations, and general bank administration.
- Record daily financial transactions into the accounting/ERP system.
- Assist with tax reporting (PPh & PPN) and maintain records for audit compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of Finance/Accounting experience.
- Understanding of basic accounting, banking flows, and Indonesian tax fundamentals (PPh 21/23/26, PPN).
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and ERP/accounting software experience (e.g., Odoo, MS Dynamics).
- Detail-oriented, honest, with strong communication and time-management skills.
