Job description for Finance Staff at PT. PM CONTROL SYSTEMS
Responsibilities (AR, AP, cashier):
Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Follow up outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
Process employee expense reports.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
Input financial data into accounting software.
Assist in budgeting preparation by providing data.
Monitor spending against budget.
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax documents.
Communicate effectively with other Departments and other stakeholders.
Provide monthly financial report including aging report
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting, administrative, or related areas.
Strong organization and time management skills (able to meet multiple deadline).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferably fluent in written and spoken English.
