Job description for Finance Staff at CORNER HOUSE GROUP
We’re looking for a Finance Staff specializing in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Payment management, Xero and financial reporting to join our team at the Seminyak Head Office in Bali. If you are driven by data, profitability, and scaling financial performance, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability;
- Handle daily payment operations, including processing payments and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams;
- Record and maintain accounts payable transactions in Xero;
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve overall financial performance;
- Prepare payment reports and financial dashboards for management;
- Ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, or related roles;
- Strong hands-on expertise in Xero;
- Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting;
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Solid understanding of cash flow management and profitability analysis;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment;
- Has a high willingness to learn.
