As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Finance Staff member to support our daily financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely and reliable financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily financial transactions, including recording and verifying income, expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other supporting documents.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, collections, and follow-ups.
- Verify and process invoices, reimbursement claims, and other payment requests in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, expense summaries, and other financial documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and business partners regarding invoices, payments, and financial discrepancies.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible for reporting and audit purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for financial data management and reporting.
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software or enterprise systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax administration and applicable tax regulations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical skills.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
