Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, Manajemen Keuangan, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Finance, Accounting, atau posisi terkait.
Memahami proses cash flow, Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), rekonsiliasi bank, dan budgeting.
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan familiar dengan software accounting/ERP menjadi nilai tambah.
Teliti, memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, serta mampu bekerja dengan data dan angka secara akurat.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik serta mampu bekerja sesuai deadline.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Mengelola dan memonitor cash flow, transaksi bank, serta kebutuhan pembayaran operasional perusahaan.
Memproses pembayaran vendor serta memonitor Account Payable (AP) dan Account Receivable (AR).
Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank dan memastikan kesesuaian transaksi dengan pencatatan keuangan.
Melakukan pencatatan dan pengecekan transaksi serta memastikan kelengkapan dokumen keuangan.
Membantu proses budgeting, monitoring realisasi anggaran, dan closing bulanan.
Menyiapkan laporan keuangan dan laporan finance berkala untuk kebutuhan manajemen.
