ABOUT THE JOB
CBQA Global Indonesia is looking for a detail-orinted to manage finance, accounting reporting, and tax compliance. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial transactions, budget control, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate with strong accounting experience, attention to detail and solid communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare and input daily transactions into Jurnal.ld and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and correctly (transaction relate with expenses and account payable)
2. Organize and monitor department budgets to ensure funds are used effectively and efficiently for company operations
3. Monitor, control, and reporting operational expenditure costs against Budget
4. Responsible to coordinating with all department
5. Prepare and controll all payment to vendors/suppliers
6. Validate payment requests for vendors/suppliers according to the payment schedule Control Inventory
7. Updating data on events that have potential risks to the company and reporting to Management
8. Calculate, Reconcile and report taxes monthly and yearly
9. Bank Reconciliation
10. Check and Ensure Accuracy of Accounts After Posting in GL
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles, particularly in accounting, tax.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Jurnalid) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. High attention to detail for reconciliation, verification, and reporting.
