You will play a key role in identifying, onboarding, and managing industry experts to support client projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
• Recap consultation engagements and prepare payment schedules
• Maintain and update project billing records for client invoicing
• Process payments for talents, vendors, and other partners
• Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for accurate project data
• Assist in basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations
• Familiar with accounting software accurate
• Good understanding of corporate taxation, particularly PPh (Income Tax)
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills, especially in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience in service-based or consulting businesses is a plus
