Job description for Finance Staff at Mutiara Harapan Islamic School
Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in finance and taxation, with strong attention to detail and a good understanding of financial administration.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile bank and financial accounts.
- Handle tax administration, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and tax reporting.
- Ensure tax payments and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper documentation for tax and financial purposes.
- Assist with tax audits and provide required supporting documents.
- Ensure financial and tax activities comply with applicable regulations.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and/or taxation.
- Candidates with Brevet A & B certification are highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation and tax administration.
- Familiarity with PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and DJP Online/Coretax.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an educational institution or school environment is a plus.
