Job description for Finance Staff at M-Burger
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (3rd-year students are welcome to apply)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines
Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel
Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry is preferred
Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, cash & bank)
Manage AR/AP and perform reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports
Assist in recording COGS and operational expenses
Coordinate with outlet operational teams
Support the procurement process for raw materials and restaurant/café operational needs
Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
Ensure goods are received according to order, quality, and timeline
