Job description for Finance Staff at Phintraco Group

Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting/Investment Administration.
Experience in review and reconciliated payroll payments and make monthly payroll report.
Can work with limited time and manage many transactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and data processing).
Have good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Work accurately with reconciliation working papers.
Can work with limited time and manage many transactions.
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of company financial data.
Placement: Ancol, Pademangan, North Jakarta

Job Description:

Review and check all reconciliation working in MBPS division for Payroll.
Assist the finance team in MBPS Division.
Review detail transaction in each account in MBPS transaction.
Handle daily activities of finance transactions and ensuring that all company, month-end, and year-end report are completed accurately and on time.
Ensuring compliance with all statutory finance and accounting policy, external & internal and tax compliance.
