Finance Staff
TropiKidz Academy is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance Staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping processes and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of basic Indonesian taxation, including VAT (PPN), Income Tax (PPh), e-Faktur, and Coretax.
- Strong analytical and financial administration skills.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Bali-based candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting financial documentation.
- Perform cash, bank, and financial transaction reconciliations.
- Manage and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and proper filing of financial documents.
- Assist in tax administration and financial compliance processes.
- Monitor company cash flow and assist in budgeting activities.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in accordance with company procedures and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with related departments to support smooth financial operations.
