What You’ll Do
• Manage and monitor daily finance transactions
• Prepare financial reports and documentation
• Handle accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
• Perform reconciliation and ensure financial data accuracy
• Maintain proper finance records and supporting documents
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding finance-related matters
• Ensure finance processes are carried out accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in finance/accounting is preferred
• Good understanding of financial administration and accounting processes
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
