Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimal 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
- Good understanding of accounting and taxation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ACCURATE.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and professional.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under deadlines.
- Willing to be placed in Kosambi, Tangerang Regency.
Account Receivable (AR) Responsibilities:
- Process customer Purchase Orders (PO) and sales orders.
- Record AR transactions and issue customer invoices.
- Monitor and follow up outstanding and overdue receivables.
- Prepare invoices and supporting sales documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Prepare bank reports.
Account Payable (AP) Responsibilities:
- Record and process vendor invoices.
- Record bank payment transactions and related journal entries.
- Calculate withholding tax (PPh) for relevant transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Prepare bank reports.
