Job description for Finance Staff at Semesta Network
Responsibilities :
- • Lead and manage end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax operations.
- • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
- • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting records.
- • Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance in line with Indonesian regulations.
- • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties.
- • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- • Manage and mentoring junior finance team members.
- • Provide strategict financial insight to Board of Director (BOD).• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- • Minimum 3 years experience in finance, accounting, and tax operations.
- • Strong ability to analyze transactions and their impact on financial statements.
- • Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation, preferably Brevet A/B certified.
- • Proficient in software accounting and advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
- • High integrity, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- • Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta (WFO).
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Brevet AB is a must, Brevet C is a plus
- Minimum 3 year work experience.
- Past working experience in an accounting firm or consultancy environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with handling multiple accounts and financial reporting.
