Job Specification (Responsibilities)
- Cash Flow Management: Manage and record daily cash transactions, including petty cash, and ensure the availability of operational funds.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process vendor invoices, execute timely payments, as well as monitor and follow up on client receivables.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations between internal financial records and bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Tax Administration: Prepare and calculate foundational corporate tax documents (such as Withholding Tax and VAT) in compliance with current regulations.
- Document Management & Filing: Maintain and organize all physical and digital financial transaction documents for administrative purposes and audit processes (internal/external).
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in finance or accounting. (Highly motivated fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered).
- Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions) or google workspace.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software.
- understanding of the full accounting cycle and standard bookkeeping principles.
- Basic understanding of local tax regulations and reporting procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
- Honest, possesses strong integrity, and is capable of maintaining strict confidentiality regarding corporate financial data.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet reporting deadlines.
