Job description for Finance Staff Surabaya at Asia Commerce Network Limited
- Record multi currencies transactions in Jurnal.id and Quickbooks online in daily basis
- Collect documents related to accounting matters from other departments
- Ensure account balances are verifiable and correct
- Prepare data needed by the tax consultant
- Assists team members with their duties (if needed)
- Check petty cash monthly
- Present monthly financial reports of all companies of the group to CEO and COO
- Prepare financial reports and other documents needed by auditors in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Philippines
- Own a laptop to work
