Job Description:
- Prepare and verify billing documents before invoicing.
- Process customer invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and invoice due dates.
- Resolve payment issues and billing disputes with customers.
- Record revenue-related journal entries accurately.
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and collection targets.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized billing documentation.
