Qualifications – Finance Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a dynamic or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience in handling bank reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger.
- Solid understanding of foreign currency transactions and international payment processes.
- Familiarity with tax regulations, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in asset management, including asset tagging, depreciation, and CAPEX tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with procurement, tax, operations, and management teams.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
