Job description for Finance Specialist at PT FLOWISTIC NUSANTARA
English Responsibilities
1. In charge of the overall daily financial work of local Indonesian companies, including bookkeeping, voucher review, expense accounting, account reconciliation, capital income and expenditure management, to ensure standardized and orderly financial processes.
2. Responsible for all tax-related work of the company, familiar with local Indonesian tax policies, complete tax declaration, tax calculation, sorting and filing of tax documents, tax compliance self-inspection on schedule, and handle daily tax docking and simple tax abnormal issues.
3. Manage the financial and tax data integration of multiple company entities, complete the practical operation of multi-company financial and tax consolidation, sort out consolidated accounts and tax data, and deliver accurate consolidated financial statements and tax summary documents.
4. Regularly organize financial and tax data, complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial and tax reports, and provide accurate data support for company operation decisions and headquarters financial reconciliation.
5. Cooperate with the financial and audit work of the headquarters, sort out and submit various financial and tax documents, and ensure efficient cross-border financial collaboration.
6. Follow up the update of local financial and tax policies in Indonesia, avoid financial and tax risks, and ensure all financial and tax work complies with local laws, regulations and company rules.
English Requirements：
1. Education: College degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Finance and other related majors, priority will be given to candidates familiar with Indonesia’s local financial and tax system.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in multi-company entity financial and tax consolidation, capable of independently completing multi-entity financial and tax data integration and statement consolidation; candidates with working experience in Chinese-funded Indonesian companies are preferred.
3. Language: Proficient in Chinese or English as working language, able to communicate with the headquarters and local teams smoothly, and read and write official documents and reports.
4. Skills: Master the whole process of financial bookkeeping and tax declaration, familiar with Indonesian tax declaration, invoice management and financial compliance rules; proficient in Excel and financial accounting software.
5. Qualities: Rigorous, careful and responsible work attitude, strong data sensitivity, pressure resistance and communication skills; no financial and tax operation errors, strictly abide by financial confidentiality rules.
